Refund Policy

At Netecart, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once the payment is successfully completed.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Netecart are considered final.

Once a payment is successfully completed and the product is delivered or accessible, refunds will not be provided.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product description before making a purchase.

Product Delivery

All products available on Netecart are digital products.

No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to the digital product through:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page
  • A download link sent to the customer’s email

In most cases, delivery is instant.

If You Do Not Receive the Product

If a customer completes payment but does not receive the product due to a technical issue, the product will be provided after verification.

Customers should contact us with the following details:

  • Payment ID
  • Email or Phone Number used during purchase
  • Product name

After verification, we will manually provide the product access.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made for the same product
• Technical issues preventing access to the product

If the issue cannot be resolved by providing the product access, a refund may be processed.
